Ticket exchange policies & waivers have begun being issued by United, American, Southwest and Air Canada with regard to addressing the grounding of Boeing 737 Max 7 & Max 8 aircraft.
We will be working to contact travelers who will be impacted by this action to assist with re-accommodation beginning with those who are scheduled to travel in the near future.
