A second winter storm, Viola, will hit the South today with snow and ice, targeting many of the same areas impacted by winter storm Uri earlier this week. Winter storm Viola is expected to bring significant snow and damaging ice to parts of the mid-Atlantic and Northeast through Friday, which may impact travel.
