Tropical Storm Rafael is forming in the Caribbean and is expected to become a hurricane. Jamaica, Cuba, the Cayman Islands, and the U.S. Gulf Coast (including the Florida Keys) are expected to be impacted. Travel may be disrupted from November 5th-8th.
