United Airlines issues flight waivers due to Covid-19 outbreak in DIA air traffic control tower

Due to a Covid-19 outbreak in the air traffic control tower at Denver International Airport (DIA) causing staffing issues and cleaning closures, United Airlines is allowing customers traveling to, from or through DIA to make voluntary changes to their plans.  Change fees and any difference in fare will be waived for new flights departing on or before December 27, 2020, as long as travel is rescheduled in the same cabin (any fare class) and between the same cities as originally ticketed. Refunds may be issued if the original flight is canceled or delayed and estimated to arrive at the final destination more than 2 hours after the originally scheduled arrival time.  Cain will be available to support anyone who wishes to make changes due to this situation.
