Lufthansa pilot strike to impact long-haul flights to/from Germany on Sept 8

A Lufthansa pilot strike is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2015, for flights departing to/from Germany between 8:00 a.m. - 11:59 p.m. local time. The strike is expected to affect some long haul flights, 6 hours or more, with cancel or departure times adjusted during the strike period at the following locations:

• Frankfurt (FRA)
• Munich (MUC)
• Hamburg (HAM)
• Berlin (TXL)

Flights not affected

• Lufthansa short haul flights, 6 hours or less
• Lufthansa Group airlines Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Germanwings and SWISS
• Air Dolomiti (operated by EN)
