Keep your travelers safe with the Cain Risk Notification Pre-Booking Travel Advisory Platform

Written by Collette Vanderryst | Jul 29, 2020 7:36:43 PM

Designed specifically for our customers who fly internationally, at time of booking, this service delivers a notification email that a reservation is being booked into a country that is perceived to be of risk to visit.

The email message includes a U.S. State Department overview of the risk & associated links. Data is powered by the U.S. State Department, and the determination of risk level that triggers the notification is determined by the Cain customer.

State Department designates risk severity levels on a scale of 1 – 4

- Level 1 – Exercise Normal Precautions

- Level 2 – Exercise Increased Precautions

- Level 3 – Reconsider Travel

- Level 4 – Do Not Travel

If it is determined that the traveler should not fly to the at-risk country, the reservation can be canceled or voided within 24 hours of ticket issuance.

Below is an example of the email that is automatically generated.
