Following a page from the National Car Rental playbook, Hertz Ultimate Choice service is rapidly expanding across the country with at least 6 airports offering the service today and 25+ scheduled for some point in 2017.
Similar to National Car's Emerald Aisle process, Ultimate Choice allows the traveler to select a car and head directly to the exit gate. With Ultimate Choice, gone are the days of searching for a specific stall/parking spot number and receiving a preassigned car from Hertz.
When a Hertz Gold member books a midsize class vehicle or higher, the traveler gets access to exclusive vehicles based on their Hertz Gold status (President's Circle, Five Star or Gold). Select the car they wish from their designated section and proceed to checkout.
Travelers do not need to take any action to benefit from Ultimate Choice service. Rather, when they arrive at a Hertz facility that offers Ultimate Choice, information will be posted relative to how to proceed.
