Delta Airlines is waiving change fees for all flights, both domestic and international booked between March 1-31st. Travelers will be able to make a one-time change to their itinerary without incurring a fee.

American Airlines is offering to waive change fees up to 14 days prior to travel for customers who purchase travel between March 1st and March 16th. The waiver is available for any American Airlines domestic or international flight and includes Group & Meeting Travel purchased during this period.

For United Airlines, any ticket booked between March 3rd and March 31st for travel up to 12 months from the original ticket issue date is exempt from change fees. All fare types and all destinations are eligible. Customers can change to a flight of equal or lesser value with no change fee.  If the new fare is of lesser value, there is no refund or residual of the fare difference. If the new ticket is a higher fare, the customer only pays the fare difference.
