Canada to Allow Fully Vaccinated Americans starting August 9th

Beginning August 9th, U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are at least two weeks beyond their full vaccination dosage can travel to Canada without quarantine. The announcement was made yesterday, July 19th, by The Public Health Agency of Canada. A negative Covid-19 test taken prior to arrival in Canada is still required for fully vaccinated travelers, along with completion of the new health declaration form called ArriveCAN, available HERE

Canada plans to welcome fully vaccinated international travelers from any country who meet specific requirements beginning September 7, 2021.

As of July 19th, the United States has not set a date for reopening the U.S. Northern Borders to Canadians.
