The Public and Commercial Services union announced a three-day strike for more than 500 Border Force staff at London Heathrow Airport from May 31st to June 2nd. The strike will be followed by three weeks of action "short of a strike" and will include an overtime ban.

Possible disruptions are expected for travelers coming into the UK at passport checks. The airport commented that contingency plans are in process and that previous strikes of this nature were "managed successfully".
