An outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS) on October 20th caused widespread disruptions to multiple airline websites, including Delta Air Lines and United Airlines.
As of around 5:30 a.m. ET, Amazon stated it was “seeing significant signs of recovery.” Residual effects may continue to impact airline websites.
